• One on one professional mentoring and training for senior management (Half day or two shorter sessions)

Basic financial needs analysis to identify themes we will focus on during your bespoke training and mentoring. Themes include:

1. Further business specific one on one accounting, tax and book keeping training and mentoring
2. Financial and investor readiness - planning for investment and funding for your business
